U.S. crude stocks jumped Movement.up.gain by 1.350 million barrels in the week to Feb. 7 to 438.9 million barrels , beating analysts ' expectations for an upsurge Movement.up.gain of 1.33 m barrel , data from industry group the American Petroleum Institute showed .

Denis Borisov , director at EY 's oil and gas center in Moscow , said he expected an upsurge Movement.up.gain in Russian oil exports by 2020 , with diesel supplies rising Movement.up.gain by 17 million tonnes per year , and gasoline deliveries seen increasing Movement.up.gain by around 8 million tonnes .

While U.S. oil output has been soaring Movement.up.gain fast , part of the big upsurge Movement.up.gain in supplies has come from countries that remain at risk of supply restrictions Cause.movement.down.loss , including UAE and Russia .

But a 700,000 barrels per day upsurge Movement.up.gain at the Cushing , Oklahoma delivery hub for U.S. crude offset the overall drop Movement.down.loss in inventory .

The move has created disruption Movement.down.loss for some refiners , but has not led to a dramatic upsurge Movement.up.gain in the oil price in Wednesday .
